The kindergarten had
been designed and built
in 1969 by architect
Paolo Pettini. The
building structure had
been constructed by
private owners as part
of their costs of
primary and secondary
urbanization and had
remained unfinished for
many years. The city
government was not able
to complete the
structure until 1992.
The project for its
completion, drawn up by
Marco Meozzi, added a
new entrance and several
cylindrical columns
which highlighted the
corners of the building.
Some indoor connecting
access corridors, with
large cylinders faced in
colored tiles, were also
made.
