A factory for upholstery fabric production, the Pugi company needed an inhouse showroom space where it could exhibit it samples to clients.

Our project completely did away with any reference to fabric and color via a neutral structure completely made of pine planks held together simply by nails. For armchairs we chose the rough wood sofas by Ceroli,  as well as his ‘wind rose’ table, produced and distributed by 'Poltronova' .

The various samples were arranged inside large cabinets designed as if they were sculptures or totems looming over the space.

A wallpaper of black polks dots on a white background, similar to a silk-screen, was used in order to 'cool' and decontextualize the environment.
